How to Apply Eyeliner Using a Liner Brush:
- Place your brush on the outer corner of your bottom lashline and flick outward away from eye to create a wing.
- Connect your wing to the top lashline by working the brush towards the inside of the eye in small strokes.
- Clean regularly with the e.l.f. Brush Shampoo or Daily Cleanser and lay flat to dry.
