How To Use
How to Apply Cream Eyeshadow Primer:
- Use fingertips, an eyeshadow brush, or liner brush to apply and blend. If using as primer, allow to set before applying more colour.
- To remove, apply waterproof makeup remover, gently massage in circular motions, and rinse with water.
- Remove using Cleansing Balm
