How to apply Halo Glow Setting Powder
- Swirl a powder brush over the powder.
- Tap off excess powder.
- Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.
Beauty Tip: Lightly dust loose powder on bare skin and apply a layer of foundation on top to help with oil control and create a subtle glow under foundation.
